Fast forward ten days later to Tammy Pratt. Hailing from South Fallsburg, New York,47-year-old Pratt found out that she was also a Mega Millions winner. Her large win totaled $265 million. Yes, she lives in the same county as Diamond.

Is the drinking water in NY linked to a Mega Millions lottery win? While the odds of winning this type of jackpot are about 259 million to one, New York seems to be in an incredibly lucky place to buy your tickets.
